FESCO Bill (fescobill.org) is a free tool for checking Faisalabad Electric Supply Company electricity bills online.

Enter your 14-digit reference number or 10-digit consumer ID and the checker opens your current bill on the official PITC billing portal, where you can see the amount, due date, units consumed, meter reading dates and the last twelve months of billing history. From there you can print the bill or save it as a PDF.

The tool has two input modes, one for the reference number and one for the consumer ID, so it works whichever number you have to hand. If you tick “Remember this number on this device”, it is saved in your own browser and filled in for you next month. Nothing is stored on our server.

Alongside the checker, this site explains what appears on a FESCO bill: what each charge and surcharge means, how protected and non-protected slabs work, how peak hours affect consumption, where to pay, and how to raise a complaint and take it further if it is not resolved.

We built it because finding a lost bill and understanding the charges on it should not be difficult. Everything here is free, needs no account, and works on a phone.
