We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal details to use the bill checker on fescobill.org.

The reference number or consumer ID you enter is used only to open your bill on the official PITC portal. It is not stored on our server and we cannot see it. If you tick “Remember this number on this device”, the number is saved in your own browser’s storage, on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes it, and nobody else can read it. We collect basic anonymous statistics such as page views, general location and browser type. This tells us which pages people find useful. It does not identify you.

We do not currently show advertising. We may use Google AdSense in the future, and if we do, Google and its partners may set cookies to serve ads. You can control this in your Google Ads settings or by blocking cookies in your browser. We will update this page before any ads appear.

We do not sell, trade or share information with anyone.

When you open your bill, you leave fescobill.org and land on a portal operated by PITC. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms, not ours.
